An eight-part documentary portrait of artists who, in collaboration with the Prague City Gallery, create murals in selected locations around Prague. While making the documentary, the team and I discovered several interesting themes, one of which is the intersection of street art, graffiti and urban governance. The authors of the murals come from different backgrounds. From hardcore graffiti artists to artists with academic backgrounds.
The documentary thus shows the diversity of the Prague art scene and gives an insight into the creative processes of the selected artists.
Last but not least, we ask the question if there is a need for more art in public space.
I thoroughly enjoyed the year-long production of the documentary series. I am very grateful to the GHMP for the trust they put in me and gave me the freedom to create.
GHMP is an incredibly amazing client and one I wish for all my colleagues.
The documentary is available on the GHMP website and on Mall.tv
